S aturday (4/22)

     Chris Howell, Ed Amrhein and I spent the first part of the morning finishing installing the molding on car 264. This was the last task needed to make 264 an all weather car.

     Chris and Ed then finished installing the new air reservoirs in car 4533 and Buster Hughes continued to work on the electric heating system.

     I finished installing the trolley contactor system. Cars that enter and leave 28th street now sound a buzzer in the Dispatcher's office.

     Sunday (4/23)

I was Dispatcher with John Diefenbach, Chris Howell and Bernie Sachs as crew.

     Buster continued to work on 4533. He touched up the primer coat on the hood, primed the wood spacers for the air reservoirs and stripped more paint.
